The City of Rancho Santa Margarita is pleased to offer our Senior Citizens taxi cab rides at discounted rates. The Senior Mobility Program is funded by both the OCTA and the City of Rancho Santa Margarita. If you are 60 years or older, you qualify to purchase taxi cab vouchers at a discounted price for rides to the Laguna Hills or Mission Viejo Mall, John Wayne Airport, anywhere throughout the city of Rancho Santa Margarita, and more.
