PediPathways is a home-based comprehensive comfort care program for infants, children and adolescents, facing a life-limiting illness. The PediPathways team understand the unique and special needs of the population we serve. We are committed to working with children and their families to improve the quality of life, by meeting the child's physical, emotional and spiritual needs during their course of illness.
