Petit Jean Farm is a family farm located on Petit Jean Mountain in central Arkansas. After 30 years of practice, we have pioneered a revolutionary premium pasture animal and a grass based feeding system where animals are moved to fresh, clean grass weekly. You are invited to come visit our farm to see how your meat is raised.
No where else is there a source of beef, pork and lamb that can be tracked from birth to dinner plate by the customer. Local people raising and processing your food from beginning to end provides a personalized, customized product you can trust.
Also try our honey and honey products. We raise bees along with a wonderful beekeeper friend. Combined we have local honey for all those who need an energizing and healthy way to sweeten up your day!
Your Petit Jean Farm LLC/CSA membership provides you a full years' supply of beef, pork and lamb (52 VARIETY PACKS). A Variety Pack is a fresh frozen sampler of meat cuts from beef, pork, and lamb. At least one week's worth of meal servings for 2 to 4 people. Every VARIETY PACK is different! What is the same from one box to another is the combination of steaks, roasts, cubes, and ground meat from beef, pork, and lamb. This creates a variety of menu choices throughout the week.
