Highlights in the history of the DuPont Library.

- 1999, Town of DuPont voted to annex to Library System.

- 2001, Library service began via bookmobile.

- May 2004, DuPont Library opened at 1540 Wilmington Drive with 3,610 square feet.

- Spring 2007, Wireless Internet access installed.
