We're in the beginning stages of building an amazing CSA that will combine the best CSA features we could find while omitting those that don't work well. We're in a terrific location with a great corner near the Pocono Raceway with Army Depot traffic and plenty of local traffic. We have a large parking area, too. Our CSA will include our own in season vegetables including lettuces, tomatoes, onions, garlic and more as well as eggs from our chickens and ducks.

Our family has a 40 Acre Organic (exempt) all Natural farm in the Poconos of Pa. We raise Heritage Turkeys, Royal Palms.The Royal Palms according to ALBC Conservation fall under the watch list. We also raise brown egg layers, . We have three Lakenvelder Chickens which according to ALBC Conservation fall under the threatened list. We will also will be starting this year to raise Broiler chickens. We also have Muscovy ducks,which we will be raising for meat and ducklings starting this year. All of our animals are cage free, and can go out to pasture when ever they want. . No steriods, medicated feed or animal by product feed used .This makes for better eggs and better meat. We are going to try and have ducks and turkeys available for Christmas also email for availability.
