A share is equivalent to a half of pig, which is approximately 70 lbs of naturally raised pork per year. This allows the customer to enjoy premium pork throughout the year without having extra freezer space. Customers can receive their pork cuts in minimum increments of 15-20 pounds, which is equivalent to a maximum of 4 baskets (pickups or deliveries).

We specialize in raising beef and pork naturally using sustainable agricultural methods so that you can enjoy high quality beef and pork with friends and family. We believe premium beef and pork will create awesome eating experiences for you to enjoy local foods.

We sell pork in packaged assortments (Sampler ~7 lbs, Family Pack ~15 lbs, Pork Bundle ~30 lbs), as well as Halves and Whole pigs for customers to choose the way they want their cuts. A half of pig yields approximately 70 lbs and a whole yields approximately 140 lbs. We also sell individual packages of ground pork products (brats, breakfast sausage, patties). Call for availability. We sell beef in custom orders of quarters, halves, and whole.
