A chapter of Ruritan National, the largest community service organization in America, this Club primary focus is on local community. 

The service area has been identified as the zip codes 21777 (Point of Rocks) and 21790 (Tuscarora), MD

Membership is open to any age, race, or background.

Requirements are active volunteering on at least one of the major community service committees:  Public Services,  Citizenship and Patriotism, Social Development, Environment, or Business and Professions.

Annual dues are $60, payable either quarterly or annually.

Membership meetings are held monthly on 2nd Thursday at 7 pm for Fellowship, 8 pm for Entertainment or Educational Program, and 8:30 pm for member meeting.

New member fee $3.

Student memberships are $15/yr and paid by the Club with active participation.
