Joining a pool league may seem like a daunting prospect, but you'll never know how much fun it is until you try it.  Towne Billiards runs its own in house pool league that is ideal for all skill levels and all ages.  Leagues form several times a year, so you can join whenever the mood strikes you.

The purpose of the league is to introduce organized league play to the public and to provide a competitive and enjoyable experience in the sport of pocket billiards.  Our league is an amateur league.  While the level of competition can be keen, there is plenty of room for players who want to improve their game and have a good time doing so.  Our handicapping system creates a fair environment for balanced play and allows for all skill levels to compete with each other.

A pool league is a great way to learn the basics of the game of pocket billiards.  If you already have a rudimentary knowledge, it's a wonderful way to improve and learn more advanced skills.  Usually, one of the best parts of joining a league is the new friends you make.  The other people in the league already share one of your interests, who knows what other interests you may have in common.
