OUR OWN, PRESSED ON PREMISES, RAW FRESH CIDER!
This is the process: 1)Apples are soaked in water. 2)Apples are rinsed as they ride up conveyer to grinder. 3)Hammermill crushes apples into a mushy substance called pomace. 4) Pomace is wrapped in special fabric and becomes a bag. Each bag is sandwiched between boards which constitutes a rack. 5)The rack is pressed, extracting the juice, which gravity flows into a temporary holding container. 6)Juice is then pumped into larger storage tanks in the reefer, from which we hand fill the sizes we offer to you. You get fresh apple juice with no preservatives or water added.
