Richland-Bean Blossom Community School Corporation (RBBCSC) is a school system serving nearly 3000 students in northwestern Monroe County, Indiana.

Ellettsville is a town with 20,167 residents situated seven miles northwest of Bloomington, Indiana. It is close to Indiana University, Ivy Tech State College, and Lake Monroe. The town was founded in 1837 and later incorporated in 1866. The town’s name honors Edward Ellett, an early settler and merchant. Its proud heritage is rooted in the limestone industry. More recently, the town has expanded as a suburban neighbor of Bloomington, incorporating many new apartment complexes, housing subdivisions and new roads.
