Our vision is to transform lost sheep into caring shepherds. We aim to accomplish this with the following values in mind.

1. A Commitment to Excellence
We believe that excellence honors God and inspires people. Therefore we aim for excellence by continually evaluating our methods and adopting creative, innovative and flexible strategies for growth.

2. A Commitment to Small Group Care
We believe that Care ministry fulfills the law of love. We believe that our Savior and the Early Church carried out caring ministry in the small group context. Therefore we seek to care through the dynamics or small group ministry by: building relationships, stimulating growth and meeting one another's needs.

3. A Commitment to Sound Biblical Doctrine
We believe that God's Word provides the sufficient relevant and authoritative source of sound doctrine for the Church. Therefore we are committed to equip believers to live by the sound doctrine of the Scriptures as the standard for ministry, faith and practice.

4. A Commitment to Prayer
We believe that prayer is a fundamental demonstration of faith and dependence upon God. Therefore the ministries of RBC will be characterized by a continual reliance upon God in prayer in their vision, planning and execution of ministry.

5. A Commitment to Mission
We believe that the mission to reproduce disciplemakers must follow Jesus' disciplemaking process. We Further believe that this Mission is a Global Mission Therefore we seek to win the lost, build the believers, equip the workers and send leaders both locally through ourselves and around the world through our missionaries.

6. A Commitment to Worship
We believe that first and greatest priority for mankind to love God is nurtured through true and inspirational worship. Therefore we seek to prepare worship that captures the heart and strength of each believer to nurture their love for God.

7. A Commitment to Team Work
We believe that the Pastor's role is to equip believers to do the work of ministry. Therefore we seek to equip and involve every member in gifted service.

8. A Commitment to Growth
We believe that the Lord purposes for His church to grow. Therefore we will pursue methods and policies which will facilitate both numerical and spiritual growth, without compromising our integrity or our commitment to Biblical faith.
