The mission of Rockford Elementary, through the joint efforts of students, parents, teachers, and community, is to establish a strong foundation for lifelong learning by nurturing, challenging, and guiding all students toward their maximum potential.

The vision for Rockford Elementary is to be a school continually examining our effectiveness through analysis of data, using a highly qualified staff to improve academic achievement of students and to elevate the caliber of education at our institution.
