Also have a Winter Extended Season Program which is combination of Produce, Eggs and Variety Meats November thru May(excludes Jan & Feb.) Produce is a 40 qt cooler of produce with eggs. Wide range of leafy greeens, herbs, root crops and vine fruits. Variety Meats are USDA processed and delivered frozen in a cooler. Weekly deliveries consist of assorted cuts of meat from Beef, Pork, Poultry with some lamb and goat. web site provides a detailed breakdown. Delivery weekly at Farmer's Markets listed previously.

We raise Angus Beef, Berkshire Pork and Poultry for meat and eggs. All our livestock and poultry are raised natural fed (with feed we mix ourselves), free range , pastured and cattle are grass fed. We use no bi products, rendered products , antibiotics or steroids in our feed. We have a 2 acre produce and vine fruit garden grown with all organic methods. We offer a CSA Program for both variety meats and Produce with eggs included.
