About Us
Rondo Young Artist Festival is an international concert showcase that encourages young people to further their talents as classical singers and instrumentalists. Our idea is simple: to build participants' confidence, preparing them for successful adult lives, while helping their budding musical careers and promoting the spread of classical music in our communities.
Rondo competitors, who may be five to 18 years old, are judged on technique, musicality, and overall performance within four age categories and receive detailed feedback. Rondo winners grace world-renowned concert halls, such as Carnegie Hall, Merkin Concert Hall, and The DiMenna Center for Classical Music, receive achievement awards and significant media exposure.
The festival is a New York-based not-for-profit organization established by accomplished musicians and music teachers.
