Rose Avenue Elementary is one of five elementary schools in the Washington C.H. City School District. The staff and students have work diligently and creatively to provide an outstanding learning environment which is reflected in the school's accomplishments.

There are 115 students attending Rose Avenue. Our building houses first through fifth grade, one class each, as well as one primary resource unit and the district's elementary gifted program.
