Connor Elementary School. Connor is also a 21-C school. The school of the 21st Century is a model for school-based services designed to promote the optional growth and development of children beginning at birth. 21-C transforms the traditional school into a multi-service center. Mrs. Kathy Lamar is Connor's 21-C Coordinator.

The mission statement at Connor is to develop an education program that will ensure all students the opportunity to prepare for success in all areas of life. As a result of this mission statement, teachers differentiate the curriculum to meet the needs, interests and abilities of all students. We support a balanced literacy program, a constructivist math program called Investigations and a developmental spelling program.
