The Sampson Arts Council, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation chartered in 1973 under the laws of the State of North Carolina.
The mission of the Sampson Arts Council is to enrich the cultural lives of the citizens of Sampson County by nurturing and supporting excellence in the arts; promoting, presenting and encouraging educational activities; and otherwise enhancing the growth and appreciation of the visual, literary and performing arts.
