The Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORS® is a trade association which opened its doors in 1976 for the southernmost part of Arizona. Our participants are also collective members of the Arizona Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Our REALTORS® members are active real estate licensees specializing in all areas of real estate for the state of Arizona and they subscribe to the National Association of REALTORS® code of ethics.
The CODE OF ETHICS protects homebuyers and sellers from unethical business practices and ensures that if the home buying or selling process is not treated ethically by a REALTOR® the consumer has recourse at the local, state, and national boards of REALTOR®.
The term REALTOR® is a registered collective mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®.
REALTORS® not only help make the dream of homeownership a reality, they also help build better communities. SCCBR's members help shape and promote COMMUNITY values, giving their time and effort to noble causes. Whether we are looking out for your local property rights by attending meetings and holding our local government accountable, we also organize an annual CHARITY GOLD TOURNAMENT to help raise funds for our local charities, high school scholarships.
