The Scottsville-Allen County Community Development Alliance, Inc. was formed to foster creation and implementation of programs and activities which further community development by providing services to the non-profit sector, specifically - Training, Consultation and assistance in start-up, Board Development, Record Keeping, Tax Preparation, Fund Development, Marketing and Management.
