The Thrift Shop at Sinai Reform Temple is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. While available merchandise varies, we usually have a large supply of clothing, shoes, furniture, household items, toys, and books. Proceeds from the shop not only benefit the Temple but also our neighbors in the Bay Shore community who are able to purchase needed itmes at a bargain price. Come often....you just never know what treasures you may uncover! Note: If you have items to donate to our thrift shop, please call the temple office. In some cases, pick-up service is available. Also, volunteers are always needed to help run the Thrift Shop. Please contact the Temple office if you have time available during the shop's operating hours or at other times to help manage the ever-growing inventory.

How many times have you thought about learning a new sport but were hesitant because of the cost? We have a huge selection of golf clubs, tennis rackets, badminton rackets, roller blades, ice skates and bowling balls that are ridiculously inexpensive. We also have loads of really nice clothing for sale, including warm sweaters and jackets for the frigid weather.

If you would like to donate your lightly used merchandise to our thrift shop, we will be happy to accept it. Just be sure it is clean and in good condition. If you would like to donate an appliance, please check to be sure that it works. If you would like to come to help us in the thrift shop and donate some of your time, we would be enormously grateful.
