Our Mission is to embrace our diversities to encourage, build, and empower young girls and women from generation to generation to become women of excellence.

In support of Sisters of All Shades, Inc.  primary activities will include a group of professional women from local entities (Albany/Dougherty County, GA area) who collectively mentor and empower young ladies ages 10 - 17 by means of exposing and providing positive life experiences supported by education and identified resources.  Services provided will have an emphasis on successful completion of educational challenges, addressing and overcoming social challenges, and preparedness for flourishing and rewarding careers. Mentors, professionals, and volunteers will share information geared towards teaching life skills that will build confidence, self-esteem, positive behavior, and manifesting productive women who ultimately will want to give back to the next generation of young ladies.
