About Us

The Friends of the Freeland Library is a not-for-profit, volunteer organization providing essential support to the Freeland Library. The Friends built the library through local fund raisers and community donations along with partial financial help from Sno-Isle and a State and Federal government grant. The building is now owned by Sno-Isle Libraries. The building includes a program room for the use of the community which can be reserved through the librarian. Circulation has increased in five years to the point where we will are working on an expansion to provide for the community demand.
