The South Boston Community Health Center seeks to meet the health care needs of our community by delivering consistently high quality care - with a special emphasis on Primary and Preventive care. We seek to be a leader within the community on health issues, both listening and teaching with respect, compassion and clinical expertise and will always be particularly mindful of the most vulnerable population.
