Our Mission

Seeks to build bridges between the historic tradition of the Church and the unfolding revelation experienced under the guidance of the holy and still speaking Spirit of God. As a missional congregation, this beloved faith community strives to be relational and relevant, vibrant and vital. Our goal, as we live each day, is to challenge the mind while tugging at the heart. We believe that through our common human diversity, all persons can grow and practice a unity of faith that transcends our differences. We strive for truth in the face of power, liberation of the oppressed and comfort for the afflicted. We acknowledge that each of us is at a different stage on life’s journey but take seriously the call to “do justice, love kindness and walk humbly before God.”

We proudly declare ourselves to be an Open and Affirming beloved faith community by inclusively welcoming all persons regardless of race, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, class or creed. We have extended our spiritual horizons and acknowledge the image of God in every person. We celebrate the beautiful diversity of our world through our love of Christ, a passion for social justice and service to our fellow human beings.
