Our Purpose is to help you and your family gain the fullest enjoyment of sailing and boating on San Francisco Bay and beyond. Whether you currently own a boat or not, if you share a nautical heart join us for some fun times.

The Spinnaker Yacht Club was founded in 1967, and is located at 75 Pescador Point Drive in the San Leandro Marina Spinnaker Yacht Club is a member of the, Picya Inter-Club Yacht Association (PICYA), and our current membership of approximately 58 families consists of a balance of sailing and power boat skippers. We also have a number of members who are "between boats."

The channel to our dock has been recently dredge and offers a very soft bottom with 5' depth at MLV. We have rebuilt more than half of our 145' dock and installed 50A-250V and 30A-125V power supply on a new lighted pedestals. Water is available for was downs and tank filling. Contact our Port Captain or Commodore to make arrangements to set up a PICYA Member Club (at no charge) or an individual cruise into our club. We have a full galley and offer group dinners when requested. For larger groups (up to 70 people) we can arrange catering from two wonderful local suppliers. Of course we do have Duncan Pub which you have to explore whenever you visit. Access to the fuel docks has been improved and there is room for deeper draft vessels in the main harbor".
