Spring Valley Presbyterian Church, a community of faith resting securely in the matchless love of Jesus Christ. Composed of people from many different places, we believe God has called us to be together here in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, to live and work and help each other grow together. We are located in Roselle, Illinois, but also serve the surrounding communities of Schaumburg, Bloomingdale, Elk Grove Village, Hanover Park, Rolling Meadows, Hoffman Estates, Medinah, Bartlett, Streamwood, Addison, Wood Dale, Saint Charles and many more.
"Family" is a word describes us well. In a day and age when solid, trustworthy relationships are hard to come by, we feel very blessed with the rich relationships God is building everyday at Spring Valley. We believe life wasn't meant to be lived alone; that isolation and loneliness aren't what God intended. We need each other, and so we work to be there for each other, whether it's helping out with a family who's just had a child, or simply enjoying a good meal together. Of course, this community we experience flows out of the relationships we have with God through Jesus Christ.
We're small to medium-sized congregation with weekly attendance in the 150-200 range. We're large enough to offer a wide-range of ministry opportunities and yet not so large that we can't greet you by name. In fact, we feel that if you're not personally greeted when you visit us on Sundays, then we're not doing our job very well. We desire to make Spring Valley a place where people feel they can belong.
So, that's a bit about us. If you're interested, we hope you'll explore our website and learn more about who we are. But either way, we especially pray you'll be able to join us one Sunday that we may give you our best Spring Valley "Welcome!".
