Mission Statement:

The mission of the faith family of St. Charles Borromeo Parish is to proclaim the Kingdom of God, to praise the name of Jesus and follow Him by loving God and our neighbor.

History of St. Charles Church

The fiftieth anniversary of the celebration of divine sacrifice, and the twenty fifth anniversary of the dedication of St. Charles church were recently observed, together with the completion of the frescoing and improvements of the church. The occasion was an important one properly celebrated.

The recollections brought at the time to the many members of the congregation were no doubt numerous and varied, but it is perfectly safe to assert that none who thought of the past years of the church and compared them with the present did so with regret.

On the contrary, it is with feelings of exceptional pride that all members of the congregation can assure themselves and announce that they have one of the finest and most beautiful churches in the State; the finest among the secular numbers and the only one which has ever been maintained in this county.
