St John Lutheran, a member of the ELCA, is a church of God's Love and Forgiveness for All People. 

We support the law of the land and work for God's justice and peace.

Centered downtown in the city of Saginaw for 163 years, we continue our ministries including feeding the community with our fellow Lutherans through the Saginaw Metro Ministry food pantry housed at St John and the monthly free breakfast and dinner. 

We also host an 8 week Summer Day Camp, in it's 19th year, offering a safe, fun place of learning for 100 children each summer. 

The suspected embezzlement has been an unfortunate situation, but we are grateful it came to light. 

We have been cooperative with the authorities and we anticipate full restitution.
