St. Mark's Lutheran Church and School operates a middle school for students in grades 6 through 8 from 8:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday~Friday. The classrooms are basically self-contained but with some classes departmentalized. The school functions under the requirements of the state in regard to daily academic content.

An Enrichment Center program is available for students needing before or after school care. On regular school days the facility is open from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. and from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. When school is not in session, both during the school year and during the summer, care is offered from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Students must be present during instructional time in order to attend the Enrichment Center.

Our curriculum is based on the concept that education promotes the development of the whole child. We offer an educational program on the grade levels designed to promote the maximum development of the child and to provide a strong foundation for a subsequent education that will result in effective and productive living.
