Winter Share includes a variety of root vegetables all winter long such as potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, parsnips, turnips, and celeriac. In the fall you will receive winter squash, brussel sprouts, kale, chard, and salad greens. Other items include dried herbs and beans. Spring Share includes greens from our two non-heated greenhouses. Greens include lettuce, salad mix, spinach, kale, chard, scallions, and beet greens. Summer share includes a variety of vegetables from our market garden.

In addition to produce you may elect to include any of the following: a "local product share" from our farmstand including Stonewall Farm maple syrup and local granola, jams, honey, peanut butter, and mustard a "cheddar cheese share" from our certified organic raw milk herd a "beef share" from our grass fed ground beef.

We are a not for profit working educational farm including a certified organic raw dairy, school and summer educational programming and a 3 acre organically managed garden and greenhouses. With our naturally grown produce we attend the local farmer's market and offer a year round CSA. We offer internship positions during the growing season. An on site farm stand and pick your own round out our availability to customers.
