The produce available will vary throughout the year according to which crops are in season. For example, your first deliveries of the year will include a variety of fresh leaf greens perfect for spring salads. As spring moves along and summer arrives we will have a greater variety of produce, including a variety of beans, root crops including turnips, beets, rutabagas, onions, garlic and carrots. We also have the standard garden vegetables like tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, tomatillos, egg plant, and summer and winter squash.

We can not predict exactly when a particular crop will be available but we expect our gardens to produce crops for 16 to 20 weeks, depending on weather.

TerraTopia, LLC offers high quality, naturally produced, locally grown, fresh vegetables in Idaho's Silver Valley. Our Garden Share Program provides customers with fresh seasonal produce each week. 2010 Garden Shares can be reserved beginning in fall of 2009. We expect our season to begin in May/early June and continue through September and possibly into early October.

Our produce is grown naturally without the use of manmade chemicals. We use natural fertilizers, mulches, organic pest control and season extending techniques.
