Mision:

1). Develop & showcase local talent.
2). Award scholarships to young people to help fulfill dreams of music and education.
3). Accept Associate Members to the Garland Country Music Association that love music and want to support the Garland Opry.
 A). Charge a small fee ($25/yr) to be a member of the Association.
 B). Set up Gold, Silver & Premium - VIP Memberships that cost more money.
4). Secure Sponsors that will support the awarding of Scholarships.
5). Create email group newsletter to keep them informed of upcoming events. Make a directory of musicians, singers, song writers, voice coaches, etc. to be used as a networkgroup that can get together to promote talent and reinforce the Association. (classified ads).
6). Award 1 or 2 scholarships to the Opry Winners each year.
7). Promote Growth & Revitalization of Historic Downtown Garland.
