The Good Shepherd Church of God In Christ is a Pentecostal Church that seeks to minister to the whole person.  We are concerned about families and their ability to care for the children and their seniors.  We are concerned about the availability of quality education for all of the community's citizens. We are concerned about families ability to eat daily and to have adequate shelter and clothing. Most importantly, however, we are concerned about the spiritual development of all of Windsor Mill's citizens from cradle to grave and encourage the development of a relationship with Jesus Christ through such spiritual disciplines as prayer, fasting, bible reading (teaching), fellowship and worship.  As Pentecostals we give emphasis to the work of the Holy Spirit in the world as He guides believers into the will of God. Our worship is exhuberant and spirit filled.
