A typical CSA share recieves a variety of lettuces, spinach, beans, beets, Kohlrabi, tomatoes, potatoes, cabbages, carrots, onions, radishes, broccoli, peppers, melons, cantaloupe, cucumbers, summer and winter squashes,sweet corn, pumpkins and zuchinni. We also aim to offer some unique items that our partners have not tried before, providing nutrition and fun. Last year we were able to provide raspberries but we do not guarantee them. A full CSA is nearly a bushel each week. This is recommended for large families. Half shares are available.

In 1916 my Grandfather started a dairy farm near Long Siding, Minnesota. My father also farmed near Long Siding and today my wife, my children and I have obtained USDA Organic Certification for several acres of land near Long Siding.

We grow a very wide variety of fruits and vegetables which we sell largely in the Twin Cities area. Although much of our produce is sold through CSA's, we also sell to farmers markets in Maple Grove, Minnetonka, and New Hope, Minnesota.

We are excited to have added a large "high tunnel" structure to our farm in the fall of 2010. Consequently our growing season is extended as well as our ability to offer produce earlier in the growing season.
