The Plaza Arts Center is an old movie theater, complete with marquee, at the Southwest corner of the Carrollton Town Square, near the intersection of Interstate 35 and Beltline Road.

There is parking in front of the building and on the streets beside and behind the building. There is another parking lot about a block East, just past the grain elevators.
