A team of nurses who bridge the gap between patients and their families.  We go to the ER with our clients, Doctor appointments and go to any long term care facility where our clients are residing to ensure the maximum quality of treamtment, medication,diet and nutrtion.  We also make unlimited pharmacy pick up's and drop off's as well as explain any medication and diagnosis to the patient and their families at scheduled family meetings set up at the families convenience.
