Our mission is to meet the spiritual needs of the people who call the Conejo Valley their home. We will present the truth of the Word of God, plainly and simply, to transform lives and ultimately, the community. The power of God through the Holy Spirit will enable people to be transformed in every aspect of their lives, and allow them to effectively minister the love and compassion of Jesus Christ without compromising the truth found in the Word of God. This will be accomplished through various avenues of personal ministry, personal and corporate instruction and multi media training.

The Rock Community Church has been given a vision, mission, and directive by God. From the vision God has given us, we can derive our purpose individually and corporately. God has given us the Great Commission in the Gospel of Matthew, chapter 28, verses 19-20. "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you."

God's perfect plan includes introducing people to Jesus, baptizing them in water and with the Holy Spirit, and teaching them His ways. God has given us a vision so that through His people He might accomplish His plan. However, we must not only catch the vision, but we must also cast it as well. To make this vision a reality, we must be committed to it, we must sacrifice ourselves for it, and we must discover and exercise our purpose to see it accomplished.
