Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Hello Volunteers, 

TLC Arts & Sciences Foundation is a non profit organization that works with teens and young adults in Quincy and the surrounding area. We teach them skills through visual and preforming arts that they can use now and for the rest of their lives. They have fun learning team work camaraderie and much more!

August is a prime time for pledging and we hope you'll be able to help out during a Radio and phone campaigns later this month. 

TLC needs phone Pledge volunteers from from 4-8pm Mon.- Fri.  beginning August 15. You must be available for the entire shift, but may choose your days. All shifts include snacks, water, coffee and training. TLC is unable to accommodate late arrivals and/or early departures. 

Please email Malka Schraga, at [email protected] if you'd like to volunteer as a Pledge Operator as soon as possible. Please make sure to include your full name in the email along with the days you are available. You will receive a confirmation email once you're on the schedule. 

Pledge Operators call, answer phones, and record pledges of support from donors as part of TLC's Art's and Sciences Foundation's fundraising drive. 

Qualifications 

Excellent customer service skills and friendly disposition

• Attention to detail

• Strong command of the English language 

• Ability to speak clearly over the telephone 

• Capacity to hear callers over the phone with ease 

• Time commitment
