The TriState Beekeepers Association is an organization of hobbyists in surrounding counties of Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia who are dedicated to promoting beekeeping in the local area. Meetings are held on the third Thursday evening of each month at the Good Zoo in Oglebay Park, hosting local and state speakers in an attempt to educate inexperienced beginners and foster camaraderie among more seasoned members. An emphasis is placed on mentoring novice beekeepers. The meetings are open to anyone with an interest in the honeybee and beekeeping.
