Mission Statement

Two Rivers Arts Council was formed as a regional partnership among individual artists, arts-related organizations and communities in west-central Illinois. The purpose of Two Rivers Arts Council is to encourage and develop arts and cultural activities in the thirteen counties of our region.Two Rivers Arts Council is especially concerned with supporting local artists, organizations and communities whose work enriches the cultural and artistic heritage of west-central Illinois
