Tucked away in the southwest corner of Nassau County, Long Island, New York, Valley Stream Union Free School District 30 is a short train ride from New York City. The District encompasses an area of approximately two square miles and has a population of about 15,500 residents. A portion of the incorporated Village of Valley Stream is located within the boundaries of the School District.

Numerous stores and boutiques are a short distance away from our neighborhoods. The famous Green Acres Shopping Mall is located just south of the main thoroughfare.
