Program Description: 

Help children and teens with physical and developmental disabilities including autism, cerebral palsy, and Down Syndrome have fun, get exercise and express themselves with KEEN VA Sports and Music. At KEEN you'll be paired one-on-one with a child in two back-to-back sessions of either Sports or Music and be engage and have fun with children with whom you are paired. No experience working with people with disabilities is required. Training and on site assistance is provided to help you adapt activities to meet each child's abilities and help everyone have fun. New volunteers should arrive at 10:15am for orientation and training. No long term commitment is required.
