About Us
Established in 1915, the Wasco Union High School District serves the northwest region of Kern County in California. With an area of over 800 square miles, the district is one of the largest in the county. Comprised of four elementary feeder districts, Wasco Union Elementary, Maple, Semitropic, and Lost Hills, students attending the Wasco Union High School District come from rich and diverse backgrounds. Students enjoy the use of a single comprehensive high school, Wasco Union High School, located on 40 acres in the heart of the city of Wasco.
