Each year, the community comes together to do a production of Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" with a cast of 30 to 50 people of all ages at West Bend's Masonic Center - by the community for the community.
The spirit of Christmas is shared in 9 performances of "A Christmas Carol" featuring a faithful retelling of Dickens' classic tale.
Open auditions are held each year in August and September for the show with rehearsals getting underway in earnest in October. Young people are especially sought for feature roles. The cast includes amatuer and semi-professional actors from age 4 to 84, sharing the delightful message of Dickens' classic novella featuring Tiny TIm, Scrooge, The Ghost of Christmas Past, Present and Yet to Come.
In a charming, intimate venue, the cast is up close and personal; replecte with hand crafted costumes and special effects that make this rendition of "A Christmas Carol" one not to be missed!
