The Wherry Road Band is made up of 4 unique individuals that come from many different musical influences. Three of the band members, Damon Wherry, Chris "Froggie" Love, and Lee Smith have been performing together since 1975. The fourth member of the band, Craig Chandler, grew up a decade later watching the others as he progressed into his own style that adds a new dimension to the band's sound. In addition to these four members, on occasion sixteen-year old Melody Wherry joins the band adding her own driving vocal force to the group. From country, to rock, to blues, the band has a broad range of musical style to appeal to everyone.

Since forming Wherry Road, the band has become a regular at places like RuBee's Resturant, Chuggers Grill and Jerimiah's in Centerville, TN. In addition to this, they have performed at the Hickman County Fair, the Duck River Music Festival, Octoberfest in Hohenwald, Tn., B.B. Kings Blues Club in Nashville Tn. , and had the opportunity to perform at the Hospitality Area for the Nextel Cup EA Sports 500 in Talladega, Alabama.
