Brix was first founded in Ellensburg in 2008 with the vision “We Must Create” and taken into the hands of husband and wife duo, Tony and Stephanie Ritter in July 2018. Stephanie, Central Washington University alumni, and Tony, award-winning tattoo artist and owner of The Roost Tattoo Studio, took on ownership to continue the creative legacy with a focus on integrating art, wine, and an Ellensburg dining experience unlike any other. As passionate advocates for the Ellensburg lifestyle, Tony and Stephanie aim to provide the best atmosphere in town for taking a load off, kicking your feet up, and allowing your imaginative thoughts and conversations to run wild. Brix is designed to outlaw your ordinary stuffy wine bar, and welcome individuals to come as you are, wind down after work, catch up with an old friend, embark on a date night, celebrate a special occasion, or dive into light-hearted laughter while we pour your glass, notoriously, nice and tall.
