We utilize birds (owl, toucans & parrots) for educational programs in the metro area.  We are in need of 1-2 volunteers to work weekdays fall through winter, or longer.  We train you - no experience with birds necessary, just need to be a huge animal lover and they'll love you! 

3 hours daily; you can choose whether you work mornings or afternoons. Responsibilities include: preparing food (chopping produce or thawing frozen mice etc. for owl); washing food/water bowls; hosing environment's floor; cleaning a few cages.  It's fun & very educational!  You will meet some very sweet & loving birds who are also very talented.  The birds are thief of hearts ~ they'll steal your heart!
