Missions :

Since its inception over 100 years ago, Winnetka Bible Church has been committed to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ given to us in Matthew 28:19 -- "Go and make disciples of all nations." As a church, we do this by supporting 31 full-time and 24 retired missionaries around the world through financial giving, prayer and encouragement. The Missions Council serves as our church's link to our missionaries who are involved in worldwide evangelism, discipleship, church planting, leadership training, and media ministries. Through our missionaries, tens of thousands have heard the message of Christ, with many coming into His kingdom.

There are many ways for everyone in the church to get involved with our missions activities, including prayer for the specific needs of our missionaries as they are communicated to the body. You can get to know our missionaries when they visit on furlough and perhaps invite them to your home. You can join one of our missions teams to minister to the people of Armenia. You are also invited to be a part of the annual Missions Festival each spring. Please contact the church office with any questions.
