Our mission is to develop a cadre of low-income young adult leaders, ages 18-21 years old, who will receive leadership and civic engagement training that allows them to become environmental stewards and ambassadors for the Clean and Green Vision and allied efforts. 

The Green Cadre members will learn leadership and advocacy, participate in service learning, community service and gain knowledge about various emerging clean and green jobs and evolving green competencies that now overlay multiple job classifications.
