The YPN is a United Way of Central Kentucky and Hardin County Chamber of Commerce sponsored organization that develops and prepares our community's future leaders by providing young professionals, ages 21-40, with opportunities to build relationships, enhance the community, grow professionally, and engage with top political, civic and business leaders.

Through community engagement, the YPN provides opportunities, individually and as a group, to get involved in and enhance the community on a leadership level.

Through professional development, the YPN provides opportunities for members to learn how to advance themselves personally and professionally in their career.
